Cannabis Education for Seniors

Chronic pain, insomnia, nausea, mobility issues. Most seniors aren't getting straight answers. They're getting BS like “indica is for sleep, sativa is for daytime.”

I help you understand what works, how to use it safely, and how to get consistent results.

Meet Lonnie Painter

I've spent over a decade helping seniors find what actually works, safely.

Lonnie Painter was one of the founders of the Laguna Woods Cannabis Club and spent a decade guiding over a thousand seniors toward safe, effective cannabis use when traditional options weren't enough.

We started giving CBD to members about ten years ago. Some of what we saw wasn't what anyone expected.

Part of what we do is help people figure this out for themselves. Retail cannabis can get expensive fast, and members can learn to make their own edibles and concentrates instead of paying dispensary prices.

Cannabis is personal. What works for one person might do nothing for another — or even make things worse. Dose matters a lot. Some people only need a little, and too much can actually make the symptom you're trying to treat worse.

His approach is simple: listen carefully, take your history seriously, and give you a specific plan. Not a menu of options.

What I Help With

These are the concerns seniors ask about most. Every conversation starts with your specific situation.

Chronic pain

Joint pain, nerve pain, arthritis, and persistent discomfort that limits daily life.

Insomnia

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up feeling rested.

Nausea

From medications, treatments, or ongoing conditions.

Muscle cramps

Spasms, tightness, and discomfort that affect movement.

Mobility and quality of life

Staying active, comfortable, and independent as you age.

Dispensaries sell products. I help you use them correctly.

Cannabis is not one-size-fits-all, and most people have been misled by oversimplified advice (including the "indica vs sativa" myth).

  • What actually matters in a product
  • How to dose safely
  • What to avoid
  • How to track what's working

How It Works

Consultations with Lonnie are free. No fees, no upsells. Just a conversation about what might help.

  1. We talk. I take your health history and learn what you're dealing with.
  2. We choose a plan. Product type, dosing, and timing, based on your goals.
  3. You try it. You follow the plan and see how it works for you.
  4. We adjust. We refine your plan based on results.

Still here to help.

If you're overwhelmed, skeptical, or just want a real answer from someone who's done this for decades, you're in the right place.
